Předmětem navazujícího jednacího řízení bez uveřejnění bude výroba a dodání světelných girland v ulicích centra města Brna a jejich následný záruční servis (blíže viz odst. 3.2 soutěžních podmínek a přílohy č. 1 a č. 2 soutěžních podmínek). Nově navržené girlandy mají mít uměleckou kvalitu, vycházet ze současných technologických možností a být uzpůsobeny pro provoz a údržbu ve veřejném prostoru; očekává se jejich programovatelnost a dálkové ovládání. Požadavky na řešení předmětu soutěže jsou uvedeny v příloze č. 1 – Soutěžní zadání a č. 2.1 - Doporučené technické požadavky. Řešení aspektů předmětu soutěže neuvedených v příloze č. 2.1 – Doporučené technické požadavky je ponecháno na invenci účastníků. Požadavky uvedené v odst. 2.2.1 jsou stanoveny jako doporučující a jejich nedodržení není důvodem k vyřazení návrhu z posuzování a k vyloučení účastníka ze soutěže. Účastník je však povinen případné nedodržení technických požadavků uvedených v odst. 2.2.1 zdůvodnit. Kvalita a komplexnost zapracování těchto požadavků do soutěžního návrhu bude předmětem hodnocení poroty v rámci kritérií uvedených v odst. 7.1. Podle předmětu řešení se soutěž vyhlašuje jako umělecká. Podle okruhu účastníků se soutěž vyhlašuje jako otevřená. Podle počtu vyhlášených fází se soutěž vyhlašuje jako dvoufázová. Podle záměru řešení se soutěž vyhlašuje jako projektová.
