The project comprises the proposed refurbishment and upgrade of approximately 16,000 sq. ft. of office accommodation across the ground and first floors. The objective is to bring the accommodation in line with modern office standards while achieving a level of finish and quality consistent with the recently completed 4th floor. The proposed accommodation will provide a mix of open-plan and cellular office spaces, supported by meeting rooms, collaboration and breakout areas, and associated support facilities.
