Während der Bauzeit befinden sich die Transformatoren in den offenen Kammern S1 und S2 weiter im Betrieb. Für die Bauarbeiten der Baufirma wird eine eigenständige und eigenverantwortliche Aufsichtsführung von Arbeiten in der Nähe von unter Spannung stehenden elektrischen Anlagen durch eine Elektrofachkraft nach VDE 0105-100 „Schutz durch Abstand und Aufsichtsführung“ und DGUV Vorschrift 3 DA benötigt.
