Număr de zile până la care operatorii economici interesaţi pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor / candidaturilor : 19 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. 2. Termene-limită până la care entitatea contractantă va răspunde solicitărilor de clarificare/informaţii suplimentare: a 30-a zi si a 11-a zi înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Raspunsurile se vor da in 2 transe.
