De raamovereenkomst wordt uitgevoerd op afroep en bevestigd via een bestelbon. De aankopen zijn uitsluitend bestemd voor professioneel gebruik door de techniekers van Thuiswest. Gezien de variabele noden wordt er gewerkt met een indicatieve inventarislijst en vaste kortingspercentages per productgroep. De in de meetstaat opgenomen referentieartikelen zijn louter indicatief en dienen uitsluitend voor de prijsvergelijking in deze gunning. De opgegeven kortingspercentages tellen mee voor de gunning en blijven geldig over de volledige duur van de raamovereenkomst. De inschrijver is verplicht elke onduidelijkheid, tegenstrijdigheid of onregelmatigheid in het bestek vóór de indiening van de offerte schriftelijk te melden via de voorziene communicatiekanalen. Door het indienen van een offerte verklaart de inschrijver het volledige bestek te hebben nagelezen en dit zonder voorbehoud te aanvaarden; het niet of laattijdig melden sluit elke latere betwisting uit.
