Das Bauvorhaben ist lüftungstechnisch als Neubau zu bewerten. Sämtliche Luftkanal- und Rohrleitungssysteme, einschließlich Formteile, Schalldämpfer, Brandschutzklappen, Volumenstromregler, Luftdurchlässe sowie Befestigungs- und Dämmmaßnahmen, werden vollständig neu hergestellt. Als Bestandskomponente ist lediglich eine vorhandene RLT-Einheit vorhanden, welche im Zuge der Maßnahme neu angeschlossen und in die neue Luftverteilung integriert wird. Die Leistung umfasst u. a. 3 Zentrallüftungsgeräte neu, 9.000/1.000/600 m³/h und ein Bestandsgerät mit 11.000m³/h, ca. 31 Brandschutzklappen, ca. 40 Luftdurchlässe für Zu- und Abluft, ca. 1.100 m² Lüftungskanäle aus verz.
