Cela inclut la supervision et le suivi des maintenances relatives à ces techniques (avec reporting et contrôle des prestations réalisées). Les contrats établis avec les fournisseurs de l’OCBA restent sous gestion de l’OCBA. Le rôle principal du prestataire FM est donc de planifier, piloter, coordonner et suivre les interventions (supervision, contrôle et reporting) des entreprises et mandataires sous contrat avec le bailleur OCBA. Il doit également prendre en charge la gestion et le suivi des alarmes techniques du site, 24h/24 et 7j/7, via la supervision en place.
