[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zpracování projektové dokumentace (resp. projektových dokumentací), jejímž předmětem je výstavba dočasné stavby modulární mateřské školy „MŠ v MČ Brno – Královo Pole, lokalita Dělostřelecká“, a to v takovém stupni a kvalitě, která umožní řádnou přípravu stavby v souladu s relevantními právními předpisy (požadavky na jednotlivé stupně projektové dokumentace jsou konkretizovány v příloze č. 1 zadávací dokumentace). Budova nové kontejnerové mateřské školy bude obsahovat 8-9 tříd s celkovou kapacitou max. 225 dětí, zázemí pro vedení školy, pedagogický i nepedagogický personál, dále přípojky inženýrských sítí a nezbytné parkovací plochy. Na budovu mateřské školy bude navazovat oplocená školní zahrada pro venkovní pobyt dětí včetně herních a výukových prvků. Na rozdíl od investičního záměru nebude stavba obsahovat kuchyni s provozním zázemím. Celodenní strava bude dovážena v termoboxech z externího gastro provozu.
