Hankinta on jaettu kolmeen (3) osa-alueeseen: Osa-alue 1: Toimistokalusteet Osa-alue 2: Valvomotuolit Osa-alue 3: Valvomopöydät Tarkempi hankinnan kohteen kuvaus ja sille asetetut vaatimukset on esitetty liitteessä 1 "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus" sekä tarjouspyynnön muissa liitteissä. Kaikki osa-alueet vertaillaan erikseen. Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksensa yhteen tai useampaan osa-alueeseen. Tarjoaja voi jättää osa-aluekohtaisesti kuitenkin enintään yhden (1) tarjouksen. Jokaisesta osa-alueesta tulee täyttää osa-aluekohtaiset tarjouspyynnön liitteet, ja ladata ne osa-aluekohtaisesti tarjouspyynnön liitteeksi. Kutakin osa-aluetta varten perustetaan puitejärjestely, johon valitaan enintään viisi (5) toimittajaa, jotka täyttävät hankintayksikön asettamat soveltuvuus- ja vähimmäisvaatimukset.
