The aim is to ensure stable and flexible access to qualified personnel so that the municipalities can handle variations in case quantity, absence and need for specialised competence. This shall contribute to proper service provision and high quality in statutory assignments. The procurement is divided into two sub-contracts: one for enterprise consultants and one for executive officers, in order to ensure accurate deliveries and adapt the requirements for different competence areas.
