Součástí předmětu plnění je dále: (i.) Instalace přístroje a jeho uvedení do provozu včetně ověření jeho funkčnosti, provedení všech předepsaných zkoušek a testů. (ii.) Instruktáž/proškolení zdravotnického personálu prováděné osobou k tomu pověřenou dle § 41 zákona č. 375/2022 Sb., o zdravotnických prostředcích a diagnostických zdravotnických prostředcích in vitro (dále jen „zákon č. 375/2022 Sb.“). (iii.)
