The POLDEV Service encompasses a portfolio of tools, resources and activities designed to assist EU Member States and non-EU partner countries in the development, implementation and evaluation of drug policies. Its primary users are local and national decisionmakers and policymakers, with researchers and practitioners as secondary users.
