Dies umfasst den Einzug von Kabeln in bestehende Rohrsysteme Dritter (z.B. Swisscom) sowie die Nutzung bestehender kantonaler Trassen (z.B. Tiefbauamt) inkl. Spleiss- und Messarbeiten. Können aufgrund nicht Vorhandenseins oder abgelehnter Bewilligung keine bestehenden Rohrsysteme verwendet werden, so werden neue Rohrsysteme erstellt (Tiefbauarbeiten).
