The existing Managed Services contract is now approaching its natural expiry, having reached the end of its full contractual term. The Arts Council seeks a supplier to provide, implement, and support a SIEM service with a managed SOC, with either 24×7 coverage or an 8:00–18:00 Monday–Friday alternative (to be priced separately). The Contract will replace elements of the current managed services arrangement while placing a primary emphasis on SIEM/SOC.
