Le projet de construction concerne une partie des bâtiments de la zone nord : \* En tranche ferme : Bâtiment OAE (opérations, entretien piste et horticulture), Bâtiment BATO I (Mécanique GA, stockage IBA), Annexe SSLIA (Appui opérationnel et formation), Déchetterie industrielle, Déchetterie OAE et Bâtiment Stockage IEL. \* En tranche conditionnelle : Bâtiment BATO II (Mécanique des agents d’assistance (AA), Bâtiment BATO III (Serrurerie GA, Serrurerie FM et Pôle lettrage).
