Dokumentace k odstranění staveb v bývalém areálu SUS včetně prefabrikovaného komínu v areálu sportovního zařízení včetně zajištění rozhodnutí o odstranění stavby a dokumentace pro výběr dodavatele demolice a zpracování položkového soupisu prací a dodávek a položkového rozpočtu odstranění stavby. 2. Zajištění nezbytných průzkumů (inženýrsko- hydrogeologický, radonový) a geodetického zaměření pro zpracování kompletní dokumentace k povolení záměru (DPZ) a dokumentace pro výběru zhotovitele stavby (DVZ) 3. kompletní dokumentace k povolení záměru (DPZ) včetně zajištění závazných stanovisek dotčených orgánů státní správy – inženýrská činnost a zajištění kladného rozhodnutí stavebního úřadu o povolení záměru 4. dokumentace pro výběr zhotovitele stavby (DVZ) a zpracování položkového soupisu prací a dodávek a položkového rozpočtu stavby.
