Lutomierskiej) o długości około 0,570 km – od skrzyżowania z ul. Partyzancką do włączenia w stary ślad za tunelem, w tym również budowę odcinka drogi gminnej nr 108369E (ul. Karniszewickiej) w nowym śladzie o długości około 0,40 km, budowę skrzyżowania nowo wybudowanego odcinka drogi gminnej (ul. Karniszewicka) z DK 71 (ul.
