Prinz-Leopold-Kaserne in Regensburg wird eine Modul 1 Bearbeitung (nach der Bundesförderung für effiziente Wärmenetze - BEW) zur Planung eines Wärmenetzes ausgeschrieben. Ziel ist die Realisierung des zweiten Entwicklungsabschnitts sowie die Kopplung mit dem ersten Abschnitt i.S. einer integrierte und nachhaltigen Wärmeversorgung des Gesamtquartiers. Die Planung prüft technische und wirtschaftliche Umsetzbarkeit mit dem Ziel der Umsetzung im Rahmen von Modul 2 der BEW. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst: Erstellung der Machbarkeitsstudie inkl. Planung nach LPH 1-4 der HOAI, technisches Konzept, sowie Koordinationsleistungen bei positivem Zuwendungsbescheid. Zusätzlich sind für die energetische Quartiersentwicklung Planungen außerhalb der Förderkulisse zu erbringen, v.a. Elektro- und PV-Planung.
