Rekonstrukcija, modernizacija i opremanje postojećih studentskih domova odnosi se na izvedbu građevinskih, obrtničkih, instalaterskih radova i drugih potrebnih radova na unutarnjem i vanjskom prostoru za potrebe rekonstrukcije i modernizacije postojećeg studentskog doma, rušenja i demontaže prema projektnoj dokumentaciji na postojećoj građevini te zbrinjavanje nastalog otpada i aktivnosti rekonstrukcije i modernizacije zajedničkih prostorija kao dijela postojećih studentskih domova (učionice i sl.). Izvodi se i dogradnja/rekonstrukcija pristupnih staza sukladno propisima o pristupačnosti, putovi između različitih zgrada unutar zone pojedinog studentskog doma te prilaz prema parkiralištu za osobe s invaliditetom s uređenjem hortikulture. U projektu se vrši i priključivanje na komunalnu infrastrukturu – rekonstrukcija dotrajale infrastrukture (voda, struja, kanalizacija, zbrinjavanje otpada).
