La présente consultation a pour seul objet la mise à disposition d’une solution d’acceptation de paiements par carte bancaire SoftPOS. La fonction d’acquisition monétique n’est pas dans le périmètre de la présente consultation. La prestation doit permettre : ­ La fourniture d’une solution d’acceptation (SoftPOS) ­ L’intégration de cette solution dans l’environnement La Poste ­ Le support technique et fonctionnel ­ La formations des administrateurs et utilisateurs de La Poste. Les volumes couvre deux branches : - BGPN (Smartéo – chargés de clientèle en bureau de poste) : entre 13 250 et 24 000 smartphones actifs. - BSCC (Factéo – facteurs en mobilité) : entre 200 et 20 000 smartphones actifs. Toutes branches confondues, la solution est ainsi destinée à couvrir un parc total compris entre 15 000 et 44 000 smartphones actifs. Le nombre de transactions mensuelles traitées par la solution, l’ensemble des branches réunies, est estimé entre 100 000 et 1 200 000 transactions par mois. Le traitement des données de La Poste, y compris l’hébergement, la sauvegarde et/ou la consultation devra impérativement être localisé au sein de l'Union Européenne (UE), d’un pays de l’Espace Economique Européen (EEE), d’un pays reconnu comme adéquat par l’Union Européenne. Le dossier de consultation qui sera envoyé aux prestataires sélectionnés précisera les éléments liés à cette exigence . La solution applicative devra également respecter la PSSI de La Poste. Le périmètre géographique du marché global est la France métropolitaine, la Corse, les DROM et les COM. Les réponses, documents et annexes fournis par le candidat devront être en langue française.
