Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 2 części (pakiety) i obejmuje: 1) dostawę metalowego wyposażenia meblowego (pakiet 1), 2) dostawę mebli biurowych z płyty okleinowanej (pakiet 2). 2. Szczegółowy zakres i przedmiot zamówienia określony jest w załącznikach nr 1.1 i 1.2 do SWZ (formularze asortymentowo–cenowe dla pakietów 1 i 2), na załączonych rysunkach poglądowych (dotyczy pakietu nr 2 i wybranych pozycji załącznika 1.2 do SWZ) oraz we wzorze umowy- stanowiącym załącznik nr 6 do SWZ (wzór umowy dla pakietu nr 1 i 2). Zamawiający wymaga akceptacji wzoru umowy w całości. Zaoferowany przez wykonawcę asortyment musi spełniać wszystkie wymagania i parametry określone przez Zamawiającego w dokumentach zamówienia.
