The tender shall be user controlled, where persons with user and/or relatives experience have a central role in administration and operation. The target group for the offer is homeless men and women over the age of 18 with acute need for accommodation that has: Ongoing drug useCan have challenges connected to physical and/or mental health and other areas of life Can have behavioural challenges, threat and violence problems in the frames where there is focus on safeguarding and safety for residents, safety and control. The contracting authority will provide premises for the initiative.
