Le système date de la construction du bâtiment et ne répond plus aux directives actuelles d’économie d’énergie visant à réduire l’empreinte carbone du bâtiment. En effet, le décret BACS (Building Automation & Control Systems) impose l’installation de systèmes d’automatisation et de contrôle dans les bâtiments tertiaires. Ces systèmes doivent répondre à certaines exigences en matière de gestion de l’éclairage pour améliorer la performance énergétique : • Contrôle automatique en fonction de l’occupation (détection de présence/absence), • Régulation selon l’apport de lumière naturelle, • Zonage fonctionnel de l’éclairage, • Programmation horaire, • Supervision et reporting énergétique. Les travaux proposés correspondent au remplacement des luminaires existants par des luminaires LED gradables, et à la mise en place d’une gestion automatique de l’éclairage en fonction de la détection de présence et des apports en lumière naturelle.
