Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Wykonywanie w Lubelski Węgiel „Bogdanka" S.A. w dni poza harmonogramem pracy pracowników zatrudnionych u Zamawiającego, usług (zwanych dalej: Usługami lub Robotami lub Pracami) w zakresie: 1) produkcji węgla i wydobycia urobku węglowego, przygotowania eksploatowanych ścian, drążonych wyrobisk i urządzeń szybowych szybów wydobywczych do ruchu; 2) prowadzenia robót przygotowawczych, drążenie wyrobisk; 3) wykonywania prac konserwacyjno-remontowych i transportowych na dole i na powierzchni zakładu górniczego Zamawiającego; 4) realizacji transportu kolejowego węgla na terenie linii prywatnej 1J Bogdanka oraz na terenie infrastruktury PKP PLK; 5) wykonywania prac mierniczo-geologicznych; 6) przeróbki mechanicznej węgla kamiennego, kontroli jakości i spedycji węgla kamiennego, obsłudze sprzedaży węgla (w tym: waga i kasa miałowa, waga i kasa węgla grubego, waga kamienia), korygowaniu kształtu i kompletowaniu elementów obudowy - a także wykonywania innych czynności wyszczególnionych w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, niezbędnych do świadczenia Usług, przy wykorzystaniu maszyn, urządzeń, instalacji, sprzętu, narzędzi materiałów, wyrobisk górniczych oraz obiektów infrastruktury Zamawiającego. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Część III SWZ Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia wraz z załącznikami i Część II SWZ – Projekt umowy. 3.
