Předmětem Rámcové dohody je zajištění správy a servisu dobíjecích stanic („DS“) ve správě TSK, jejichž prostřednictvím je veřejnosti poskytována služba dobíjení elektromobilů. Předmětem správy a servisu zajišťovaného vybraným Dodavatelem budou 2 typy DS, a to DS typu 1 – AC (též tzv. „pomalé“), a DS typu 2 – DC (též tzv. „rychlé“). Součástí DS budou také platební terminály („PT“), které mohou být integrované do DS nebo samostatné, poskytující sdruženou obsluhu více DS.
