Die tragende Konstruktion besteht überwiegend aus Stahlbeton, das extensiv begrünte Flachdach ist großflächig mit Photovoltaikmodulen belegt. Das zurückspringende Technikgeschoss als Stahlleichtbau auf dem Dach, ist mit Sandwichelementen verkleidet und nimmt die Lüftungstechnik auf. Die Fassade wird als Klinkerfassade mit Pfosten-Riegel-Fenstern aus Holz-Aluminium und farbigen Glaselementen ausgeführt. Im Inneren sind zwei Hauptnutzungsbereiche vorgesehen: ein Kitabereich im Erdgeschoss für 2 Gruppen, mit dazugehörigen Nebenräumen, sowie Mensa, eine Ausgabeküche, Musikraum und ein multifunktional nutzbarer Raum. Im 1.
