IS, stanowiących osobne części zamówienia. Jeden Lider będzie przewodził jednej Grupie roboczej ds. IS. Każda Grupa robocza ds. IS odbędzie 7 spotkań do 31.12.2026 r. Liderzy będą odpowiedzialni za koordynację działań Grupy roboczej ds. IS, współpracę z Liderami pozostałych Grup roboczych ds. IS, a także monitorowanie postępów i osiągnięć w swojej dziedzinie. Liderzy będą odpowiedzialni za opracowanie i realizację planu działania dla danej Inteligentnej Specjalizacji, raportowanie wyników oraz aktywne uczestnictwo w spotkaniach swoich Grup. Jeden Wykonawca może pełnić rolę Lidera jednej Grupy roboczej ds. IS. Spotkania Grup roboczych ds. IS organizowane będą na terenie województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego. 2. Zamawiający dokonał podziału zamówienia na następujące części: 1) część nr 1: Lider IS Zdrowa i bezpieczna żywność 2) część nr 2: Lider IS Europejski Zielony Ład 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia dla każdej części zawierają załączniki do SWZ: 1) Załącznik nr 1 – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia, 2) Załącznik nr 2 – Wzór umowy. 4. Zamawiający nie przewiduje obowiązku zatrudniania na podstawie stosunku pracy, zgodnie z art. 22 § 1 ustawy z dnia 26.06.1974 roku Kodeks pracy (t.j. Dz. U. 2025 poz. 277 ze zm.) 5.
