Das Gebäude wurde zuletzt 2012 als Schule genutzt.Für die Gruppenräume sowie die pädagogische Küche und die Verwaltungsräume ist ein hybrides Lüftungskonzept vorgesehen (Feuchteschutz, Grundlüftung maschinell, sonst Fensterlüftung). Die genannten Räume werden mit dezentralen Fensterlüftern ausgestattet (nur Feuchtschutz, Grundlüftung). Die Sanitärkerne werden über ein zentrales WRG-Lüftungsgerät im 2.OG und Lüftungskanälen mit Tellerventilen be- und entlüftet, da es teilweise um fensterlose Räume handelt.
