W ramach realizacji ww. zamówienia Wykonawca zrealizuje następujące działania: 1) Przygotowanie stoiska narodowego na targach Gamescom 2026 w Kolonii, 23-25 sierpnia 2026 r., w następującym zakresie: a) Najem powierzchni wystawienniczej, b) Przygotowanie projektu stoiska narodowego, c) Zakup reklamy zewnętrznej, d) Zabudowa, montaż, aranżacja, wyposażenie i demontaż stoiska narodowego, e) Zapewnienie kompleksowej obsługi stoiska narodowego w następującym zakresie: - Obsługa merytoryczna i asystencka, - Usługa gastronomiczna, - Obsługa techniczna. 2) Zapewnienie ubezpieczenia stoiska, wyposażenia i personelu stoiska. 3) Zapewnienie obsługi audiowizualnej i fotograficznej. 4) Przygotowanie i transport materiałów promocyjno–reklamowych. 5) Zapewnienie usług transportu lokalnego (bus) w Niemczech. 2.
