Acordul cadru se va incheia cu 3 operatori economici, fara reluarea competitiei, cu impartire pe loturi - mai exact 69 de loturi. Cantitatile si valorile estimate minime si maxime sunt specificate in Caietul de sarcini. Cantitatea si valoarea este una estimativa avand rol informativ, cantitatile efectiv solicitate putand fi mai mici, egale sau mai mari, in functie de necesitatile autoritatii contractante de la momentul atribuirii contractelor subsecvente si de fondurile bugetare alocate cu aceasta destinatie.
