Das Bestandsgebäude erhält ein Dachgeschoss mit einem Satteldach und ein vollflächigem Wärmedämmverbundsystem mit vorgehängter Fassade. Das Bestandsgebäude wird komplett bis auf den Rohbau entkernt und saniert. Südlich des Bestandsgebäude erfolgt ein neuer Anbau in Stahlbetonbauweise. Im Innenbereich wird ein neuer Fahrstuhl eingebaut über alle Geschosse (EG- 2.OG). Für die Aushubarbeiten erfolgt südlich und östlich ein Verbau. Nördlich des Bestandsgebäude erfolgt ein neues Treppenhaus als 2. Rettungsweg in Stahlbetonbauweise, der Zutritt ins Dachgeschoss erfolgt hierüber. Beide Anbauten haben keine Unterkellerung und erhalten eine Pfahlgründung.
