Le projet consiste à construire les infrastructures pour les activités des intégrateurs DHL et FedEx, pour la centrale logistique de Genève Aéroport, ainsi que pour le nouveau PIF principal. L’ouvrage devra optimiser les surfaces opérationnelles, garantir la qualité des circulations et des manœuvres, et répondre aux exigences architecturales, environnementales et fonctionnelles de Genève Aéroport. Le périmètre global du marché comprend également une station de recharge électrique pour véhicules légers. Le présent appel d’offres se décompose en trois lots : - Lot 1 : Architecte - Lot 2 : Ingénieur civil - Lot 3 : Ingénieurs techniques Le présent marché couvre exclusivement les prestations d’études SIA 31, 32, 33 et 41. Les phases SIA 51, 52 et 53 seront réalisées par une Entreprise Totale (ET), adjudicataire d’un marché distinct.
