Dat geldt zowel voor de faculteiten als de Centrale diensten (Expertisecentra en Bestuursbureau) en voor alle functiesoorten in het domein. In het kader van arbeidsmobiliteit binnen de financiële functie wordt eerst gekeken of tijdelijke invulling van deze capaciteit kan worden ingevuld door één van de eigen medewerkers, al dan niet werkzaam in het financiële domein. Kan in de capaciteit niet op deze manier worden voorzien dan wordt gezocht naar een tijdelijke kracht, in te huren op detacheringsbasis.
