La stratégie d’entretien du présent tronçon est l’assainissement ciblé de l’infrastructure de manière à garantir qu’aucune intervention ne soit nécessaire durant la réalisation des chantiers OFROU d’envergure situés dans l’agglomération Lausanne–Morges. Le présent appel d’offres concerne les travaux BSA « Signalisation – GHGW » à réaliser dans le cadre de l’entretien du tronçon. Les travaux couvrent toute la zone du tronçon N09 allant de l’échangeur Villars – Sainte-Croix à la jonction de Vennes ainsi que dans les zones d’incidence des installations concernées.
