A total of 5 Panels will be established for the following 5 areas: Lot 1 – Dublin North Lot 2 – Dublin South Lot 3 – Fingal Lot 4 – South Dublin Lot 5 – Dún-Laoghaire Rathdown The panels will be established for a maximum period of two (2) years. The panels will be continually open for access. Should the panel cease to operate, all members will be notified via [etenders.gov.ie](https://www.etenders.gov.ie). This will not affect the delivery of any contracts awarded under the panels. The estimated additional Emergency Accommodation requirements for the DRHE for 2024 is estimated to be in the region of 2,000 beds per annum, subject to prevailing circumstances. It is emphasised, however, that these figures are provided strictly for indicative purposes only as there is no guaranteed expenditure under the Panels. Should the value of the Panel be expended, and/or the duration of the Panel extended, a PIN notice will be published in both instances on eTenders/OJEU clearly indicating the extension and revised value for any extension to the Panel system.
