Zábrdovice. Projektová dokumentace bude zpracována v souladu s platnými právními předpisy, technickými normami a v souladu se „Standardy novostaveb obecních bytových domů“, jež tvoří přílohu zadávací dokumentace. Jelikož pro záměr nebyla zpracována architektonická studie ani relevantní průzkumy je jejich vyhotovení součástí úvodní fáze plnění.
