[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Megbízott feladata a kivitelező vállalkozók munkáinak folyamatos helyszíni figyelemmel kísérése, ellenőrzése és felügyelete abból a célból, hogy: • a kivitelezési munkát végző vállalkozók betartják-e, illetve alvállalkozóikkal és beszállítóikkal betartatják-e a műveleti tervekben és/vagy utasításokban, a jogszabályokban, a hatósági határozatokban, ellenőrzési jegyzőkönyvekben, a kivitelezési és engedélyezési dokumentációkban előírt követelményeket; • a Megbízó informálva legyen a kivitelezési munka elvégzésére irányuló szerződés végrehajtásának státuszáról; • a Megbízó meggyőződhessen arról, hogy a kivitelezési munka kellő minőségben és az előírt határidőre valósul-e meg, • a feltárt nemmegfelelőségek kezelésére felvett intézkedési tervek teljeskörűen végrehajtásra kerülnek-e. Az elvégzendő feladatok részletezését a szerződés 1. sz. melléklete (Műszaki tartalom) tartalmazza.
