Hankinnan kohde on jaettu kuuteen eri osa-alueeseen seuraavasti: 1. Työvaatteet navetta-, pelto-, vesiviljely- ja puutarhatyöhön 2. Työvaatteet maastotyöhön 3. Työvaatteet vesistötyöskentelyyn 4. Työjalkineet 5. Vaellusjalkineet 6. Henkilösuojaimet Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnössä. Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen yhteen tai useampaan osa-alueeseen. Toimittajan valinta perustuu sopimusta edeltäneessä tarjouskilpailussa yksilöidyn tarjousten hintavertailun perusteella. Osa-alueille valitaan yksi (1) toimittaja kutakin osa-aluetta kohden. Kukin osa-alue vertaillaan ja pisteytetään erikseen. Luke tulee laatimaan hankintasopimuksen osa-aluekohtaisesti valitun toimittajan kanssa. Kilpailutuksen perusteella solmittava sopimus ei tuota toimittajalle yksinoikeutta sopimuksessa määriteltyyn tuotteeseen.
