Die Uniklinik RWTH Aachen schreibt die Beschaffung und Implementierung eines neuen, interdisziplinär nutzbaren Enterprise Picture Archiving and Communication System (Enterprise PACS / E-PACS) aus. Das neue E-PACS soll das bestehende PACS vollständig ablösen und künftig als zentrale Plattform für das klinikumsweite Management bildgebender und bildbezogener Daten dienen. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Bereitstellung, Implementierung, Integration, Migration, Inbetriebnahme und der Betrieb eines schlüsselfertigen, skalierbaren, hochverfügbaren und leistungsstarken Gesamtsystems E-PACS. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere Software und Viewer, lokale Server- und Speicherinfrastruktur, Archivierungs-, Backup-, Resilienz- und Wiederanlaufleistungen, ein Bilddatenaustausch-Portal, ein E-PACS-integriertes KI-Portal bzw. einen KI-Marktplatz, die Altdatenmigration aus dem bestehenden PACS sowie Systemservice, Support, Wartung, Monitoring und Betriebsleistungen während der Vertragslaufzeit.
