The Chartered Engineer will be required to provide certain Specialist Skills described elsewhere in these documents either through their own resources or through the use of sub-consultants. The Framework will last for a period of 2 years (Framework Period), which, at the sole discretion of the Housing Agency, may be extended by a further 2 years (maximum 4 years total). The Framework will consist of a maximum of 8 (eight) participants. If, during the Framework Period the Contracting Authority requires Engineering Services, the Contracting Authority may procure the work by awarding contracts (Services Contracts) in accordance with the rules of the Framework Agreement.
