Durch die NVM erfolgt auch die Zuschlagserteilung. Die NVM plant die Konsolidierung der Acquiring Dienstleistung für verschiedene Vertriebskanäle. Dies umfasst die Zahlungsabwicklung sowohl für card-present-Vertriebskanäle wie das neue Validatorennetzwerk als auch für card-not-present Vertriebskanäle wie Apps und Online-Vertrieb. Hierzu muss der Acquirer in der Lage sein, für diese Vertriebskanäle der NVM Acquiring Dienstleistungen bereitzustellen und respektive erforderliche Integrationen sicherzustellen. Ziel ist die Konsolidierung der Zahlungsströme über einen zentralen Partner, um Effizienz, Transparenz und Sicherheit zu erhöhen und gleichzeitig die Komplexität der Zahlungsabwicklung zu reduzieren.
