I vom 09.06.2021, S. 1387) den Integrationsämtern ab dem 01.01.2022 im Rahmen der begleitenden Hilfe im Arbeits-leben die flächendeckende Errichtung von Einheitlichen Ansprechstellen für Arbeitgeber (EAA) gemäß § 185 a SGB IX in Verbindung mit §§ 14 Abs. 1 Nr. 2, 27a Abs. 2, 36 Satz 1 Schwerbehinderten Ausgleichsabgabeverordnung (SchwbAV) übertragen. Mit den Einheitlichen Ansprechstellen für Arbeitgeber soll ein Angebot geschaffen werden, das proaktiv, unabhängig vom Einzelfall für die Einstellung und Beschäftigung von schwerbehinderten Menschen wirbt und Unterstützungsmöglichkeiten aufzeigt. Des Weiteren nehmen die EAA für Arbeitgebende eine Lotsenfunktion in Bezug auf die anderen beteiligten Leistungsträger und Stellen ein und unterstützen Arbeitgebende bei der Ausbildung, Einstellung und Beschäftigung von schwerbehinderten Menschen, auf deren Wunsch auch bei der Stellung von Anträgen bei den jeweils zuständigen Leistungsträgern. Die EAA haben sich als Beratungsstelle für Arbeitgebende im Land Brandenburg bereits fest etabliert.
