[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Předmětem veřejné zakázky bude zpracování projektové dokumentace na základě studie předložené jako příloha č. 1.1, v následujícím rozsahu: a) účastník zpracuje dokumentaci bouracích prací a dokumentaci pro povolení stavby (dále také „DPZ“) pro vydání povolení záměru v rozsahu dle § 182 a násl. stavebního zákona a jeho prováděcích vyhlášek pro následnou výstavbu díla včetně inženýrské činnosti, b) účastník zpracuje projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby (dále také DPS), c) účastník zpracuje položkový rozpočet a výkaz výměr pro následnou veřejnou soutěž. Projektová dokumentace musí splňovat náležitosti dle ustanovení § 157 a § 162 zákona č. 283/2021 Sb.
