Nowowiejskiej 27 w Warszawie” – w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w załącznikach do niniejszej SWZ, tj. w szczególności: Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ – Program Funkcjonalno – Użytkowy (PFU) wraz z załącznikami, Załączniku nr 11 do SWZ - projektowane postanowienia umowy. 3. Realizacja zadania zostanie objęta dofinansowaniem po uzyskaniu dotacji pochodzącej z Województwa Mazowieckiego. 4.
