## About this tender

Dans le cadre du projet liaison ferroviaire Roissy-Picardie, le présent marché a pour objet une mission d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage en planification. Les principaux objectifs de la prestation sont les suivants: - Construire et tenir une trajectoire planning ambitieuse et crédible vers la mise en service commerciale ; - Piloter un planning intégré, robuste et partagé, reconnu par l’ensemble des contributeurs et des financeurs ; - Anticiper et sécuriser les chemins critiques ; - Rechercher des solutions alternatives et des pistes d’optimisation des jalons afin de dégager des marges opérationnelles. Le pilotage du planning renvoie aux principales missions suivantes: la mise à jour du masterplanning, l'établissement de l’avancement physique, s'assurer de la complétude et de la cohérence du masterplanning, et la mise en place d'un processus de planification adéquat. Le marché est décomposé comme suit: - Une tranche ferme de 12 mois ; - Une tranche optionnelle n°01 de 6 mois ; - Une tranche optionnelle n°02 de 6 mois.
