Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje transport montaż i demontaż 30 namiotów wystawienniczych wraz z wyposażeniem obejmującym 2 stoły i 4 krzesła w każdym namiocie, dystrybucja prądu o napięciu 230 V do 15 namiotów (połowy), 2 gniazdka elektryczne w każdym z 15 namiotów, w którym będzie rozdystrybuowany prąd. Dodatkowo wykonawca zapewni scenę wraz z oświetleniem, oświetleniowcem, nagłośnieniem i akustykiem oraz agregatem zasilającym scenę wraz z jej wyposażeniem oraz wykonanie ścianki materiałowej promocyjnej, która po zakończeniu zostanie przekazana dla Zamawiającego.
