The objective of the agreement is to ensure stable and secure IT operations, good user experience, as well as effective support for both joint and discipline specific systems. Particular emphasis will be placed on high uptime, flexible user support and competence within the Microsoft 365 platform. There is also occasional need for attendance during events mainly connected to the operation of AV equipment. This will occur as ordered in more detail. The value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.
