Az Építtető a tárgyi Iskolát úgy szeretné átalakítani, hogy a telken meglévő „Kastély épület” mentesüljön az iskolai funkcióktól. Ennek érdekében a főépületben 16 osztálytermet kell létrehozni, megközelítőleg 35,0 m2 nagyságokkal. Az átalakítás során az iskolaőr számára kell egy helyiséget biztosítani, a földszinten egy akadálymentes WC-t kell kialakítani, amit egy új akadálymentes parkoló létesítésével és új bejárat kialakításával kell kiegészíteni. Az épület átalakítása során a földszinten egy tantermet a hallássérültek számára is használhatóvá kell tenni. A közös közlekedő helyiségeket taktilis jelekkel kell ellátni a korszerűsítés során.
