Съгласно чл. 30а, ал.1, т. 22 и ал.2 т.14 от ЗНЗ и чл.69, ал.8 от ППЗНЗ за изпълнение на програмите и мерките за насърчаване на заетостта се предоставят средства за групова рискова застраховка на включени в обучение безработни лица за времето на обучението, за което Агенцията по заетостта сключва договор за групова рискова застраховка на обучаваните лица за времето на обучението им. С обнародването в ДВ бр. 30/27.03.2026г. на ЗИД на Закона за събирането на приходи и извършването на разходи през 2026 г.
