The works include significant upgrade to Terrance McSweeney Quay, Albert Quay, Victoria Road, Albert Quay, Monrea Terrace and Hibernian Buildings. The works include enhanced footpaths, public realm enhancement, carriageway resurfacing, public lighting, landscaping and street furniture.
